Longevity Holdings (doing business through its subsidiaries ITM TwentyFirst, ITM, The Berwyn Group, Inc., Maple Life Analytics, LexServ, Fasano & Associates and PBI Research Services) is a fast growing company that provides senior longevity data, analytics and services to the pension, benefits, life insurance, structured settlement, and life settlement markets.
Essential Job Responsibilities:Sales Support Functions
a. Primarily conduct the initial review of all new inbound inquiries (help box, inquiry general box, website chatbox) and coordinate with sales on lead follow up procedures.
b. Recognizing upsell opportunities with existing clients
Account Management Functions:a. Transition into being the primary day to day point of contact for the client once the transaction has closed.
b. Conduct all Client and User Training Sessions in connection with the specific service, system and reporting across all product lines and offerings for Berwyn.
c. Tasks that will be asked to master and perform on a routine basis:
i. Have complete knowledge for all characteristics of any account assigned, which will include:
1. All data/file processing requirements for that account (including by underlying sub-processing accounts)
2. All Client Onboarding Work
3. All SLA Reporting and Compliance
4. All billing/invoicing arrangements in place and ensure that all information is maintained, and updates sent to corporate finance group.
ii. Weekly Reporting
Product/IT Support Functions
a. Communicate and submit tickets when internal systems and client facing portal are not functioning as intended
Operations Support Functions
a. Be primary point of contact for all Operational team support staff on all deliverable requirements for each account and to serve as the primary escalation point for questions or clarifications for any account.
Required Skills:- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management, finance or related area
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in a relevant role and/or field
- Verified skills using the MS Office Software Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook...)
- The ability to understand complex information, synthesize it, and deliver it (verbal and written) in an easy-to-understand manner
- An exceptional level of verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated proficiency in customer service
Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of SalesForce
- Capacity to be flexible and work in a changing environment.
